In fact, the maison J\u00e8rome Pr\u00e8vost (disciple of the great Jacque Selosse) has chosen to cultivate its little more than two hectares of vines located in Gueux, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims, only with Pinot Meunier. He began marketing his Champagne in 1998 and today the few thousand bottles he produces are in high demand, especially by those who can appreciate great quality champagnes. The decision to make a single label, produced from a single parcel and with a single grape variety, proved to be successful and allowed for such good knowledge of the terroir and the characteristics of the grapes that it created a Champagne of extraordinary quality. The nose expresses a bouquet of white flowers, ripe fruit, oriental spices, wild herbs, brioche and small pastries, nuances of dried fruit and citrus. On the palate, great fresh and mineral momentum develops with surprising elegance and great cleanliness. Complex fruity references, closes long on a beautiful mineral voice.
