Bolgheri Le Serre Nuove 2020 – Tenuta dell’Ornellaia
\nHarvested by hand and selected on the sorting table, each variety and plot are vinified separately; alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for about 15 days a; maceration for about 7 days; malolactic fermentation started in steel vats, then finished in barriques. Deep ruby red with purple hues, complex nose, rich with red berry, Mediterranean bush and toasty aromas in the mouth: Smooth, silky tannins.<\/p>\n
