Ligurian raisin wine with a sweet profile, permeated by an almost tactile sip on the palate, very enveloping indeed. The woodland and white rossese grapes, once harvested and arrived at the Possa winery’s winemaking facilities, ferment spontaneously, macerating on the skins for 28 days. Aging takes place in pear barrels, where the wine remains to age for 3 years, until it is transferred to steel containers, where it stabilizes. Subsequent bottling is done without filtering. A niche product, to be reserved for here moments when you want to indulge in a vice to spend a special evening.<\/p>\n
