Duemani: Pure Cabernet Franc is created from careful selection of the best plots in the Riparbella vineyard on a hillside overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Great fruit, soft tannins and complexity. The result is superb, full of blackberries, rosemary, underbrush and Mediterranean scrub. Sumptuous balance and impressive length. Six thousand bottles produced under organic and biodynamic certification.
\nVinification: Temperature-controlled fermentation and maceration in cone-shaped French oak vats. Aging: 15-18 months in new French oak barrels and casks. Bottling: No clarification, no filtration.
